Return & Refund Policy

At Erdoğan Deri, we work hard to deliver your items without damage and to the highest quality standards. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Eligibility

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original resalable condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is communicated to us in writing (via email) within the 30-day window.
• Custom-made products (tailor-made colors, finishes, or private-label orders) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the approved sample specifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your item (or part of it) arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment, providing photographs and a description of the damage.
• We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Do not dispose of damaged goods before receiving instructions from us, as we may request the items to be returned for inspection.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

1. Email us with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions, including the shipping address and any required documentation.
3. Ship the product(s) back in accordance with our instructions.

Return Shipping

• For returns due to defective or incorrect products, Erdoğan Deri will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Erdoğan Deri is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• The initial advance payment (30%) may be subject to a restocking fee for non-defect returns, depending on the nature and extent of the order.
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, finish, or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional production time.

Samples

Sample orders are generally non-refundable. If a sample arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins, with a full refund of any advance payment.
• Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering materials and labor already committed.
• Custom or private-label orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
