What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is typically 500 sqm (depending on the product type). However, we are more flexible for special projects and sample requests.
Which certifications do you hold?
All of our production complies with European REACH standards. In addition, we hold the OEKO-TEX® Leather Standard certification and ISO certifications. For the most up-to-date certificates and test reports, please contact us.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide A4/A5-sized samples or full hides for color and quality approval. For specific customer requirements, our tannery laboratory can produce samples that match the reference color and quality.
What is your delivery time?
This depends on the order quantity and product type. Our average production time is 3–4 weeks, and delivery to Europe usually takes 5–7 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide. We regularly ship to Europe, the United States, and Asia. We prepare all the necessary customs and certification documents. Depending on the customer’s request, we can also arrange door-to-door delivery through the freight forwarders we have worked with for many years.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% advance payment and the balance before shipment. For long-term partnerships, we can agree on alternative payment plans.
What is the origin of your hides?
We only use hides that are by-products of animals raised for meat. Animals are never bred solely for their hides or skins. In our tannery, we process sheepskins of Australian, British, American, and African origin.

Do you work on custom colors/finishes?
Yes, we can develop custom colors and finishes according to customer requirements. For this, we usually start with a sample development process.
