Erdoğan Deri is a sheepskin tannery specializing in wool-on sheepskin products. We serve brands and manufacturers worldwide, offering standard collections, custom development, and contract manufacturing services. Our production complies with European REACH standards, and we hold OEKO-TEX® Leather Standard certification and ISO certifications.

Products and Services

We offer the following:

• Finished sheepskin products from our standard collections
• Tailor-made colors, feels, and finishes
• Support in building sheepskin ranges and collections
• Project-based developments for new markets and applications
• Contract manufacturing and private-label production
• A4/A5-sized samples or full hides for color and quality approval

Product specifications, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of sheepskin. Such variations are inherent to the material and do not constitute a defect.

Orders and Minimum Order Quantity

• Our standard minimum order is 500 sqm, depending on the product type.
• We may accommodate smaller quantities for special projects and sample requests at our discretion.
• All orders are subject to confirmation by Erdoğan Deri. An order is considered accepted only upon our written confirmation.

Samples

• We provide A4/A5-sized samples or full hides for color and quality approval upon request.
• For specific customer requirements, our tannery laboratory can produce samples that match a given reference color and quality.
• Sample availability, pricing, and lead times may vary and will be communicated upon request.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted on a per-order basis and may vary depending on product type, quantity, and customization requirements.
• Our standard payment terms are 30% advance payment upon order confirmation and the balance before shipment.
• For long-term partnerships, alternative payment plans may be agreed upon.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

Production and Delivery

• Our average production time is 3–4 weeks, depending on order quantity and product type.
• Delivery to Europe typically takes 5–7 business days after production is completed.
• We export worldwide, regularly shipping to Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• We prepare all necessary customs and certification documents for international shipments.
• Door-to-door delivery can be arranged through our established freight forwarding partners upon request.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production schedules, logistics, or customs procedures. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Quality and Certifications

• All production complies with European REACH standards.
• We hold the OEKO-TEX® Leather Standard certification and ISO certifications.
• Up-to-date certificates and test reports are available upon request.
• We follow strict procedures regarding waste management, water consumption, and the preservation of natural resources.

Intellectual Property

All content on the erdoganderi.com website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs — is the property of Erdoğan Deri and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erdoğan Deri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for variations in natural materials, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related transactions shall be resolved through the competent courts of Türkiye, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
